Morton Salt, Inc. and/or its affiliates’ (the “Company”, or “our” or “we”) website at mortonsaltstore.com (the “Shopping Website”) is operated for the Company by its contract partner SureSource LLC d/b/a BrandShop (“BrandShop”) (the Shopping Website, together with any online features and any of the mobile application(s) that are made available by or on behalf of us, services and/or programs offered by the Company or BrandShop, are referred to individually and collectively as the “Website”). BrandShop’s rights and obligations to information are governed by the terms of its written agreement with the Company.

 

The Company and BrandShop are committed to protecting and preserving your privacy.  This policy, together with the Terms & Services, and any other underlying agreements or terms, sets out the basis on which any personal data collected from you, or that you provide on or when using or accessing the Website, will be processed.  By using the Website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. How Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies Are Used

i.              A “cookie” is a piece of text which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, this cookie file is stored on the hard drive of your computer.  They help us and the affiliates to improve the Website.  They ensure that the content from the Website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer.

ii.             The Company and BrandShop do not track the users across time or across websites.
